Puppies are like new babies, they need food, water, and love. We at The Puppy Place are not responsible for anyone who purchases a puppy and it eventually does not get along with any family member, kids, wife, etc. or other family pets.
The Puppy Place warranties any Genetic problems that may occur in the first three months after purchase. If the problem is proven to be genetic, you may choose to get a replacement puppy when one becomes available. The Puppy Place does not give cash refunds. The replacement puppy must have a value equal to the purchase price of your puppy, buyer is responsible for any higher price difference. Your puppy must be returned to us with a signed statement from the vet. The Puppy Place is not responsible for any vet fees. In the event of the death of a puppy, the buyer is responsible for autopsy fees to determine if the cause of death was a genetic problem.
The Puppy Place does not cover Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Parasites and Viral or Bacterial Infections, Allergies, Thyroid Dysfunction, and Demodectic Mange.
The Puppy Place does not guarantee the adult size, color, or breeding ability of the puppy.
